Structural Design: ASTM A179 Base Tube, Aluminum Fins & Winding Process

The Base Tube (ASTM A179): Made from seamless cold-drawn low-carbon steel, ensuring uniform wall thickness, high pressure tolerance, and excellent mechanical reliability.
The Fin Material (Aluminum 1060 / 1100): Selected for its lightweight nature, malleability, and outstanding heat dissipation properties.
The L-Foot Embedding Process: The aluminum strip is precisely formed into an "L" shape and tension-wound onto the ASTM A179 base tube under high pressure. The broad "L" base (L-foot) tightly wraps around the entire surface of the carbon steel tube. This continuous wrapping eliminates the air gap between the fin and the tube, drastically reducing contact thermal resistance and protecting the steel core from external corrosive elements.
