Anti-Fouling & Self-Cleaning Geometry: Straight flue gas channels created by the dual square-fin configuration minimize dust accumulation and reduce soot-blower wear.
Robust Resistance Welding: Precision flash-resistance welding ensures high contact integrity, eliminating thermal resistance at the fin-to-tube interface.
Reduced Pressure Drop: The open-channel fin layout lowers draft loss across the tube bank, saving power consumption on induced draft (ID) fans.
