A SUS304 Tri-bevelled Stainless Steel Medical Injection Needle Tube is a precision-engineered, hollow cylindrical tube made from SUS304 grade stainless steel, specifically manufactured for parenteral medication administration and bodily fluid extraction. The "tri-bevelled" designation refers to the needle tip geometry, which features three distinct angled surfaces (primary, secondary, and tertiary bevels) converging at a single point, creating an exceptionally sharp, lancet-like point for minimal patient trauma. The triple bevel (or three-facet) design is a significant advancement over standard single or double bevel needles.
Primary Bevel: The longest bevel, forming the main cutting surface and the opening (lumen) of the needle.
Secondary Bevels (Two): Smaller, angled facets ground on either side of the primary bevel. These eliminate the "heel" and "barb" typically found on double-bevel needles.
Mechanism of Action: The three planes meet at a precise central point. Upon insertion, this point creates a clean, linear incision in the tissue rather than a tearing or wedging action. This reduces drag force, patient discomfort perception (sharpness score), and tissue coring (the removal of a tissue plug that can block the needle).
