Medical grade capillary tubes refer to a precision, small-diameter, thin-wall tubular products manufactured from SUS304 (also known as AISI304 or UNS S30400) austenitic stainless steel. The stainless steel capillary tube is produced using a longitudinal welding process and is specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of ISO9626:2016 international standard. This medical grade capillary tube is the raw material for hypodermic needles, IV cannulas, biopsy probes, and other minimally invasive surgical instruments. The SUS304 stainless steel capillary tube starts as a flat stainless steel strip which is roll-formed and seam-welded, as opposed to seamless tube (drawn from a solid billet). YUHONG GROUP has 35 years' manufacturing experience for medical grade stainless steel capillary tubes and needle tubes with stable quality.
