SUS304 Medical Stainless Steel Back Cut Needle Tube , IV Cannula For Single Use ISO9626
SUS304 Medical Grade Stainless Steel Back Cut Needle Tube is a precision-engineered hypotube specifically designed as the introducer needle for Peripheral Intravenous (IV) Cannulas. Unlike standard IV needle tubes with a conventional lancet bevel, this tube features a specialized "Back Cut" shape—a secondary precision grind located on the heel or side of the primary bevel. Manufactured from medical-grade SUS304 stainless steel, this component provides the initial venous access, creating a pathway for the flexible plastic cannula to be threaded into the patient’s vein. YUHONG GROUP produces high-batch stainless steel needle tubes complied with ISO9626: 2016 standard. We can customize various kinds of medical needle tubes with different needle tips, such as back-cut, back-eye, tri-bevelled, five-gace bevel, flat bevel tip, etc. All the medical stainless steel needle tubes are inspected strictly before shipment.
How the Back-cut needle point works:
A secondary flat or concave grind is applied opposite the primary lancet bevel. - This shortens the effective cutting heel, leaving a blunt, non-cutting surface at the rear of the bevel.
As the needle penetrates the vein, the back cut prevents the sharp heel from coring a "flap" of venous tissue, allowing the plastic cannula to slide off the needle more smoothly and completely.
