Capillaries are special, precision-made, high-quality round metallurgical products obtained by cold drawing.
The wall thickness and diameter are very small and the dimensions are particularly narrow. Deviations in straightness, surface accuracy, product length and ends are much smaller. Capillaries are usually made of stainless steel, acid-resistant, heat-resistant and creep-resistant, special alloys, nickel, titanium and other non-ferrous metals.
They are used in the production of pressure equipment and systems, measuring technology equipment, special food processing equipment in the food and nitrogen industry, shipbuilding, components responsible for furnaces and boilers and hydrogen exhaust systems.
The outer diameter of the capillary should be closed in the range of 0.30 - 20.00 mm, while the wall thickness ranges from 0.10 - 6.00 mm. Capillaries are widely used in engineering, pharmacology, aerospace, petrochemical and chemical industries, as well as in the energy, food, cryogenic and mechanical industries. We supply capillaries in coils or straight sections.
Material Of Capillary Tube
Stainless steel capillary tubes are made from high-quality stainless steel that contains chromium and nickel. The most commonly used grades of stainless steel for capillary tubes are 304 and 316.
These grades are known for their excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and durability. They also have good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures without losing their structural integrity.
