High Precision Stainless Steel Capillary Tubes have strictly measured dimensions, tight tolerances and good roughness of the surface. The stainless steel capillary tube is produced by high-precision cold drawning, so they also have high brightness. High precision capillary tubes are made from high-quality stainless steel grades, due to their good mechanical properties, like high strength, excellent toughness, and fatigue resistance. These capillary tubes are characterized by extremely small dimensions of walls and diameters. Stainless steel capillary pecision tubes have enhanced resistance to corrosive and oxidative media.
YUHONG GROUP has more than 30 years' manufacturing experience for stainless steel high precision capillary tubes, which can be in straight type or coil type. Our mill has 60 production lines and several laboratories to manufacture capillary tubes and needles. We can also supply seamless or welded capillary tubes. Our most common supplied stainless steel grades are SUS304/304L, SUS316/316L grades as these materials have excellent ressitant to corrosion. As for tube dimensions, we can customize according to client's requests or drawings.
