We can supply straight and coiled-type stainless steel capillary tubes, and capillary tubes can be seamless or welded. The common raw materials of stainless steel capillary tubes are SUS304, SUS316L material grades, which are popular materials due to the resistant to corrosion. Stainless Steel Capillary Tubes are characterized by strict size tolerances, and the inside surface of the tubes is smooth, whithout oil, grease and other particles. So these capillary tubes are widely applied for precision instruments, medical devices, aerospace, etc.. Our Group generally supplies capillary tubes with 1.5 or 2 meters per length. If customers have a special length request, we can also customize tubes. And if customers want to purchase finished needle tubes, we can also process the capillary tubes into needle tubes including different types, like hypodermic needles, insulin needles, scalp vein needles and so on.
Manufacturing Process:
Our Stainless Steel Capillary Tubes are produced from stainless steel strips by welding at first. Then these welded tubes are processed by reducing diameter, reducing wall thickness, vacuum annealing and cleaning, and finally cut into the ordered length. We have complete quality inspection system and have strict inner inspection for finished precision capillary tubes, so our capillary tubes' quality is guaranteed.
