C44300 (Admiralty Brass) is a copper-zinc alloy with enhanced corrosion resistance, primarily used in heat exchangers, condensers, and marine applications.
Composition:
Cu (Copper): 70–73%
Zn (Zinc): Remaining balance
Sn (Tin): 0.9–1.2% (added to improve corrosion resistance)
As (Arsenic): 0.02–0.06% (to inhibit dezincification)

Scope: Specifies requirements for seamless tubes made of copper and copper alloys, including dimensions, tolerances, mechanical properties, and testing methods.
C44300 Compliance: Covers chemical composition, temper designations (e.g., O60, H58), and performance criteria.
