Injection Needles are disposable medical needle tubes, which have bevel tips. Medical injection needle tubes are mainly manufactured by high-quality stainless steel materials like SUS304 due to their resistance to corrosion. The length of medical needle tubes are various, and the common lengths include ½" (13 mm) for subcutaneous or 1" (25 mm) for intramuscular injections. Our company is professional in producing different kinds of stainless steel needle tubes for medical needle devices. We have specialized fully-auto and semi-auto needle-grinding mechines which can make various kinds of needle tips. For needle sizes, we can provide needles from 10G - 34G, that is 0.18mm - 3.4mm. The minimum diameter that we can produce is 0.15mm. We can customize unstandard needles according to customer's specific drawings. We can not only provide injection needle, but also provide blood lancet, insulin needle, dental needle, mesothrapy needle, blood collection needle, scalp vein needle, blunt needle and so on. With tight quality control inspection, we have rigorous testing for dimensions, surface finish, and material properties to ensure compliance with industry standards. All of our finished medical needle tubes are meet the ISO13485 standard.
