ASTM A213 T5 is a ferritic alloy steel, and the matrix microstructure is mainly ferrite. Compared with other austenitic stainless steels such as 304H, 316H, 347H, it has a lower thermal expansion coefficient, can reduce thermal stress, has a higher thermal conductivity, is conducive to heat transfer, and has better resistance to stress corrosion in certain chlorine-containing environments.

• High temperature strength: ASTM A213 T5 alloy steel has stable creep resistance below 540 ° C and can maintain stability in high temperature environments.
• Oxidation resistance: The chromium element contained in ASTM A213 T5 alloy steel forms a dense oxide film, which resists high-temperature oxidation and corrosion.
• Weldability: ASTM A213 T5 alloy steel should be preheated to 150 ° C~200 ° C during welding, and stress relief heat treatment is recommended after welding.
