Molding technology:
Hot pressing: High frequency heating pressing, suitable for mass production, surface oxidation requires treatment.
Cold pressing forming: Small diameter elbows are commonly used, with high precision but requiring annealing to eliminate internal stress.
Welding elbows: For large diameters, steel plates are rolled and welded, which is low-cost but requires non-destructive testing.
Petroleum and natural gas industry: WPB carbon steel meets the pressure requirements from room temperature to medium temperature (-29 ° C~343 ° C), and its cost is lower than alloy steel, suitable for non acidic environments. Therefore, it can be used as a connecting component for oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines, refinery pipeline systems, long-distance pipeline systems, etc.
Power and energy industry: WPB material has stable performance below 343 ° C and can be used in combination with high-grade materials such as P91/P22 to optimize costs.
