The 90° SAE flange, in accordance with the standards of the American Society of Automotive Engineers, is an important component of the hydraulic system to achieve the steering connection.
In terms of design, its unique 90° bend shape can flexibly change the direction of fluid flow, effectively optimise the piping layout, especially for space constraints, complex piping installation environment, can save space and enhance the overall compactness of the system.
In terms of specifications, it is suitable for a wide range of pipe diameters, with common specifications ranging from 1/4 inch to 2 inches. The pressure class is carefully divided, covering light to heavy duty, to meet the requirements of different pressure environments from 3000PSI - 6000PSI, to ensure stable operation under high or low pressure conditions.
The material selection is very careful, mainly carbon steel, stainless steel and so on. Carbon steel material is specially treated for high strength and cost-effective, suitable for most regular working conditions; stainless steel material has excellent corrosion resistance, excellent performance in the chemical industry, food, marine and other areas with high corrosion resistance requirements.
For installation and maintenance, it is easy to connect with standard SAE flange. Its excellent sealing performance, together with O-ring and other seals, can effectively prevent fluid leakage and reduce maintenance costs. Moreover, after strict quality testing, the product is highly reliable, which can effectively improve the safety and stability of the system.
