SAE Split Flange Clamps comply with the standards of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and are key components of hydraulic systems and all types of high-pressure piping connections, often used to achieve reliable connections between pipes and piping, piping and equipment.
In terms of design and construction, it consists of two half-piece flanges that are fastened by bolts, washers and nuts. O-ring grooves are usually provided inside, which can be used with O-rings to achieve a good sealing effect. This kind of folio design is easy to install and dismantle, in the case of narrow space or already installed part of the pipeline, no need to dismantle the pipeline as a whole, can complete the connection operation, greatly improving the construction convenience and maintenance efficiency.
The product specification is extensive, covering DN15 - DN80, and the pressure rating is divided into light 3000PSI and heavy 6000PSI, which can meet the pressure requirements of different working conditions. In terms of material, stainless steel 304/316L and carbon steel 20#/45#/Q345 are available. Stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for chemical, food and beverage, marine operations and other environments that require high corrosion resistance; carbon steel has lower cost and high strength and is widely used in general industrial scenarios.
