Economizer: Using flue gas waste heat to preheat boiler feed water, the serrated fin significantly increases the heat transfer area on the flue gas side and improves the heat recovery efficiency (3-5 times higher than the light tube). Waste heat recovery system: Gas Turbine Exhaust waste Heat Boiler (HRSG), in the high temperature (500-600℃), high flow rate of exhaust gas, sawtooth fin strong vibration resistance, to avoid fatigue fracture. High-frequency welding fins are used to ensure the bonding strength between the fins and the base tube, which is assessed by ASME Sec.IX welding process.
