Hypodermic needle tubes are most commonly applied for blood administration, transfusions, vaccinations and fast delivery of other fluid medication into the people's body. These medical needle tubes are produced by high-precision welding, cold drawing, annealing, and grinding processes to achieve strict dimensional tolerances, surface finish, and mechanical properties. And they're manufactured according to ISO9626 international standard. The diameter size of hypodermic needle tubes ranges typically from 14G to 34G. Most common medicine delivery gauges are from 18G to 27G. The length can be customizable, and our standard lengths of hypodermic needle tubes for assembly are generally 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, or longer for specific applications, such as spinal needle tubes.
