Hot Extrusion: Heated billets forced through a die to form hollow shells.
Rotary Piercing: Billets rotated and pierced by a mandrel to create seamless tubes.
Cold Drawing: Optional for tighter dimensional tolerances and smoother surfaces.
Normalizing: Heated to 890–950°C, air-cooled to refine grain structure.
Tempering: Reheated to 680–730°C, followed by air cooling to balance strength and ductility.

Superheaters/Reheaters: Operate at 540–580°C, 150–250 bar.
Steam Pipelines: Transport high-energy steam to turbines.
Catalyst Tubes: In reformers, handling hydrogen at 500–600°C.
