ISO9626 SUS304 Welded Medical Stainless Steel Capillary Tube for Disposable Catheters
High-precision stainless steel capillary tubes are welded, cold drawn, bright annealed tubes, which are processed from stainless steel strips. These capillary tubes can be not only used for industrial applications, but also used for medical devices, such as catheters, cannula, needles, etc.. They are mainly made by stainless steel 304 material grade owing to its excellent corrosion resistance. Some of capillary tubes are made by stainless steel 316L material, depending on the usage of tubes. The sizes and tolerance of our medical grade stainless steel capillary tubing are strictly complied with ISO9626: 2016 international standard. Our regular capillary tubes are round, hollow, straight tubes with plain ends, which are usually cut into 1 or 2 meter per piece. If clients have special requests for tubes end or shape, we can also design according to drawings or samples.
YUHONG GROUP has more than 10 production lines and several class 100,000 clean rooms for manufacturing, inspecting, packaging capillary tubes and needle tubes. We mainly produce high-volume needle tubes from 10 gauge to 34 gauge, which can be grinded into different needle tips according to drawings. Our medical tubes are not only sold to domestic market, but also exported to foreign countries, such as India, Iran, UAE, Korea, Europe, and so on.
