SUS304 Bevelled Tip Medical Stainless Steel Injection Needle Tube / Cannula ISO7864
The stainless steel needle tube (commonly called a Cannula) is a fundamental, high-precision, single-use component of the regular medical needle assembly, which is a small, hollow, bevel-tip tube, enabling safe and effective fluid delivery or withdrawal through the skin. These needle tubes are mainly manufactured by SUS304 medical grade stainless steel material for injection and infusion applications, conforming to the ISO7864 international standard. Some of needle tubes are made by SUS316L material for implant devices. The most common type of needle tubes is the injection needle tube, which has lancet bevel tip, such as three-bevel tip, five-bevel tip. The precision-ground bevelled tip (typically a "Regular" bevel angle) is designed for sharpness and smooth tissue penetration with minimal trauma and patient discomfort. The medical stainless steel injection needle tube forms the critical fluid pathway for subcutaneous(SC), intramuscular(IM), intradermal(ID), and intravenous(IV) injections, vaccinations, blood sampling, and other fluid transfer procedures.
