Medical Grade Stainless Steel Needle Tubes(Cannulas) are important part for many medical devices, such as syringes, catheters, surgical instruments, etc.. The most common needle tubes in our daily life are injection needle tubes, which are mainly produced by medical grade stainless steel 304 material. Some of medical needle tubes are made by stainless steel 316L material, such as implant devices. YUHONG GROUP manufacture medical injection needle tubes for more than hundreds of millions pieces per year, as this kind of needle tube is one of our high-volume stainless steel needle tubes. The injection needle tube point is usually grinded into lancet bevel point, like thriple bevel point, or flat bevel point. We can also design special needle point according to clients' samples or 2D/3D drawings.

Main Injection Areas of the Human Body:

It depends heavily on Gauge and Length:

Intradermal (ID): Shallow injection into the skin (e.g., allergy tests). E.g.: 26G-27G, 13mm-16mm.
Subcutaneous (SC): Injection under the skin into fatty tissue (e.g., insulin, vaccines). E.g.: 25G-29G, 16mm (adults), 4-6mm (pediatric pens), up to 25mm.
Intramuscular (IM): Injection into muscle tissue (e.g., vaccines, antibiotics, hormones). E.g.: 21G-23G, 25mm-50mm (length depends on patient size, muscle site, and injection volume).
Intravenous (IV): Injection into a vein (starting IV lines, bolus injections). E.g.: 18G-22G (flow rate dependent), lengths vary (25mm for butterfly, 50mm+ for standard IV catheters).
Aspiration: Withdrawing fluids (e.g., blood collection, joint aspiration). E.g.: 16G-21G, longer lengths (e.g.,40mm-100mm) depending on depth.
