Product Introduction

High pressure boiler tube is a kind of boiler tube, belongs to the seamless steel pipe category. The manufacturing method is the same as the seamless tube high-pressure boiler tube, but there are strict requirements on the steel type used in the manufacture of the pipe. High pressure boiler tubes are often used under high temperature and high pressure conditions. High pressure boiler tube is mainly used to manufacture high pressure and ultra high pressure boiler superheater tube, reheater tube, guide pipe, main steam tube, etc.
The boiler tube works under high temperature and high pressure for a long time, the material will creep, plasticity and toughness will decrease, the original structure will change, corrosion will occur and so on. As a boiler steel pipe should have :(1) sufficient lasting strength; (2) sufficient plastic deformation capacity; (3) minimum aging tendency and thermal brittleness; (4) High oxidation resistance, coal ash resistance, resistance to natural gas corrosion at high temperature, steam and stress corrosion; (5) Good tissue stability and good process performance. The steel of high pressure boiler tube includes carbon steel, pearlite, ferrite and Austenitic stainless heat resistant steel. In order to improve the thermal efficiency of thermal power generation units and reduce burnup consumption, the development of large capacity, high parameters (high temperature, high pressure) thermal power units (more than 1000MW) are the main development in the world. The steam pressure increased to 31.5 ~ 34.3MPa, the temperature of superheated steam reached 595 ~ 650℃, to the development of ultra-high pressure critical pressure, so the high pressure boiler tube put forward higher requirements. A new type of steel has been developed to meet the demand of high parameter power plant boilers.

Production and Manufacturing Method
(1) The general boiler tube temperature is below 450℃, the domestic tube is mainly made of 10, 20 carbon junction steel hot rolled tube or cold drawn tube.
The high pressure boiler tube is often used in high temperature and high pressure conditions of the tube under the action of high temperature flue gas and water vapor, oxidation and corrosion will occur. Steel tubes are required to have high durable strength, high oxidation corrosion resistance, and good tissue stability.
(2) Purpose:
① The general boiler tube is mainly used to manufacture water wall tube, boiling water tube, superheated steam tube, superheated steam tube for locomotive boiler, large and small smoke pipe and arch brick pipe, etc.
② High pressure boiler tube is mainly used to manufacture high pressure and ultra-high pressure boiler superheater tube, reheater tube, guide pipe, main steam tube, etc.

The production process of high pressure boiler tube varies with different steel types. For example, the production process of the boiler tube is characterized by :(1) the tube billet should be peeled, and the peeling amount is usually 5mm; (2) Because the steel is hard, the tube blank is cut or sawed with oxygen; (3) Because the thermal conductivity of chromium-molybdovanadium steel is lower than that of carbon steel, the heating speed should be slightly slower, the heating temperature is 1120 ~ 1180℃, the perforation temperature is 1100 ~ 1160℃; (4) This kind of steel in the range of 1000 ~ 1100℃ has good plasticity and low deformation resistance, so the perforation performance is good, deformation parameters can be selected according to carbon steel or alloy steel (such as 30CrMnSiA); (5) After rolling steel pipe to normalize and temper, the normalizing temperature is 950 ~ 980℃, tempering temperature is 730 ~ 750℃, holding time is 2 ~ 3h; (6) The size tolerance of the steel pipe is strict to ensure the welding of pairs; The pipe length should be as long as possible to reduce the number of welds.
