Technical Overview
60Si2Mn spring steel is a widely used silicon-manganese spring steel with slightly higher strength, elasticity and hardenability than 55Si2Mn. This material is ideal for bearing large loads in flat springs or spiral springs with wire diameters below 30mm. It is also suitable for producing heat springs working in non-corrosive media under 250℃, as well as large important coil springs and automotive shock absorption systems that bear alternating loads and operate under high stress conditions.
