Mechanical properties test: 2 samples extracted per batch (if less than 60 tons)
Specimen removal: 100-500mm from both ends
Double sampling for retesting if initial results are non-compliant
Special inspection for brittle fracture, abnormal welding performance, or mechanical property issues
