304 stainless steel does not generally use HRC (there is no standard for 304 stainless steel HRC), only high hardness steel HRC, but 304 is soft.

304 stainless steel is a universal stainless steel material with better rust resistance than 200 series stainless steel. High temperature resistance is also better, can be high to 1000-1200 degrees.

Because the hardness value is determined by the initial plastic deformation resistance and the continued plastic deformation resistance, the higher the strength of the material, the higher the plastic deformation resistance, the higher the hardness value.
