Steel structure buildings are buildings in which construction steel constitutes a load-bearing structure. Generally, beams, columns, trusses and other components made of section steel and steel plates constitute load-bearing structures. It is a building composed of roof, floor, wall and other enclosure structures.
Construction section steel usually refers to hot-rolled angle steel, channel steel, I-beam, H-section steel and steel pipe. A building whose components constitute a load-bearing structure is called a profiled steel structure building.
The steel has high strength and elastic modulus, uniform material, good plasticity and toughness, high precision, convenient installation, high degree of industrialization, and faster construction.

Product Specification

The main structural components of a steel structure building include:

● Primary Framing Elements
Columns, beams members are made by H section steels( hot rolled section steel/ welded section steel), which will be easily bolted together at site. A factory primer and facing paintings or galvanization surface treatment are applied to get better anti-rusting effect of primary framing elements.
● Secondary Framing Elements
Purlin, tie bar are formed as secondary framing, which will fix on columns and beams by common bolts.
● Bracing
Round steel is supplied with knee bracing and other supporting parts that need portal framing, which will improve the stability and durability of the whole structural hangar.
● Cladding
Roof and Wall are covered by color-coated corrugated steel sheet or steel sandwich panel, hot dipped with zinc and aluminum compound, that is fixed to the outside of structural building to protect it against bad weather or to make it look more attractive and last for generations.
● Windows and Doors
Plastic Steel Window/Aluminum-alloy Window; Sliding Door/Folding Door.
● Other Options:
Gutter, Downpipe, Transparent sheet, Ventilator and Bridge Crane will be fitted according to client’s requirements.

1. Portal frame structures

The main frame includes rigid frame beams, rigid frame columns, supports, purlins, tie rods, etc. The portal steel frame has the characteristics of simple force, clear force transmission path, fast component production, convenient factory processing, and short construction period, so it is widely used in industrial, commercial and other buildings, such as warehouse, workshop, factory, plant, steel shed, etc.
2. Frame structures

Frame structures refer to the structure in which beams and columns are connected to form a load-bearing system, that is, a frame composed of beams and columns jointly resists horizontal and vertical loads during use. The wall of the frame structure building is not load-bearing and only plays the role of enclosure and separation. It is mostly used in office, mall, exhibition hall building.
3. Light steel structures

Light steel structures usually refer to the structure welded by round tube, small angle steel, square tube and C section purlin, etc.. The advantages are low cost, high degree of factory production, small on-site installation workload, beautiful appearance, wide internal space, high construction area and space utilization.

Packing and Delivery

Packaging Detail:

The packing method for main steel frame will use steel pallet, which can be better to protect steel frame and make the loading and unloading faster and more convenient since it could be taken as a whole. It could also save the quantity of shipping containers and cost of ocean freight.
Other parts packed in parcels such as steel purlin and steel sheet, all loaded into 40ft HQ. Safe and easy handle.

Installation

Installation instruction and video will be provide, if you need, we can also send our engineers to your site as installation guide, they will teach your people how to build project.

Installation of prefabricated steel structure buildings:
1. Foudation construction

Pre-embedded anchor bolts, detail need to according to the foundation construction drawing;
2. Column installation
One worker commands truck crane how to move, 3 ~ 4 workers cooperate with crane to install the steel column, put column to anchor bolt location;
3. Beam installation
After completing the installation of adjacent two steel column, then main beam begin to install.
4. Installing roof & wall purlin
The roof and wall purlin will be installed after finishing column and beam. Bolting the purlin on the main structure.
5. Fixing wall and roof sheet
To fix the wall sheet on wall purlin by self-tapping screw; then fix the roof sheet;
6. Fixing the cover
To install the cover on the corner, eave, window and door opening;
7. Install windows and doors.
