Equipped with advanced CNC cutting, bending and welding equipment. Welding process complies with EN ISO 15614 and AWS D1.5 standards with 100% welding qualification rate and component precision meeting EN 10210/EN 10219 standards.
Three-layer anti-corrosion system (hot-dip galvanizing + epoxy zinc-rich primer + fluorocarbon topcoat) with galvanizing layer thickness of ≥80μm. Steel material selected with Z-direction performance (Z15/Z25/Z35) to avoid lamellar tearing.

They are especially suitable for areas with strong wind, high humidity, and complex construction environments.
Prefabricated Barns & Steel Frame Houses: Almost all pre-engineered long-span steel structure frame buildings are customized. Basic design requirements include snow load, wind load, seismic magnitude, column placement, project location, dimensions, and building purpose.
To ensure quality preservation, we provide standard sea container loading package, generally using 40HOT containers for loading and uploading.
