The heavy-duty design accommodates live loads from 5 kN/m² for light storage and office use up to 15 kN/m² for industrial storage with pallet jack and forklift traffic, making it suitable for the full spectrum of warehouse, manufacturing, and commercial space optimization applications. The modular column-and-beam construction system allows rapid installation with minimal disruption to ongoing operations below the mezzanine level.

The mezzanine structure is designed as a free-standing steel frame that transfers all loads directly to the existing floor slab through base plates, requiring no lateral attachment to the host building structure. This independent structural system eliminates the need for reinforcing existing building columns or foundations, simplifies the building permit process, and allows future relocation of the mezzanine if operational requirements change. Column spacing is optimized for the specified floor loading and decking type, with typical grids of 4m to 6m providing the structural efficiency and clear access requirements for the intended storage and operational layout beneath and on the mezzanine platform.

• Steel Decking Options: Checkered steel plate flooring (4.5mm or 6mm thickness) providing slip-resistant surface for pedestrian and light wheeled traffic, or open steel grating for sprinkler water penetration in fire-protected mezzanine applications requiring floor transparency for ceiling-mounted systems.
• Integrated Access and Safety: Complete access package including steel staircases with 1.1m high handrails on both sides, edge protection handrails with toe boards around the entire mezzanine perimeter, and pallet loading gates or sliding safety gates at material lift points for safe loading and unloading operations.
• Future Expandability and Relocation: Bolted connection design enables disassembly and reconfiguration of the mezzanine system if operational requirements change, with all connections designed for multiple assembly cycles and components marked for identification during re-installation at a new location.

All mezzanine components are fabricated under ISO 9001 quality control with dimensional verification of column lengths, beam end-plate geometry, and decking panel dimensions. Surface preparation by shot blasting to SA 2.0 cleanliness followed by epoxy primer and polyurethane top coat application with dry film thickness measurement. For export, columns are bundled by length, beams are bundled by span, and decking panels are packed flat in wooden crates with interleaving protective sheets. Staircase assemblies are pre-fabricated and shipped as complete units where container dimensions permit. Bolt kits are supplied in sealed containers with spare quantities. Complete assembly drawings with column grid layout, beam schedule, and decking layout are provided.
