The Suspension Pole, Strain Pole, Angle Pole in Hot Dip Galvanized in Hot Dip Galvanization was designed as customer's request. For Distribution and Transmission Line use. And with Base Plate use Anchor Bolts to Install. Sections with 2 and use flange to connect each segment. The hot dip galvanized in accordance with ASTM 123 and the zinc coating at least 86 microns.

But to design the practical poles for customers use, normally we need customer to provide us some parameter, like as the followings :

- Pole top design load
- Where is the position of the load, the distance from the top
- The wind Speed
- How will the wire distribute
- Pole type with Burial Type or Base Plate type
- The connections mode, use slip joint or flange
- and others can be furthermore discussed when needed.

Material Test:

1. All of our materials are purchased from famous mill factory to assure the quality.
2. A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unloading the material in our factory;
3. Before putting into production, all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have met the requested strength and component.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

The price includes pole shaft, base plate, crossarm and anchor bolt.
Shipping seaport: Shanghai Seaport.
Please provide drawings if you have so that we can calculate the accurate price for you.
We also provide design according to your requests, if you don't have drawings.
2. MOQ: One 40FT Container.

3. Payment Term: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.

4. Delivery Time: 2 weeks per container after PO/drawing/prepayment confirmed.

5. Package: Normally wraped by plastical bags or burlap cloth at the top and bottom,or according to clients requirement.
