I. Structural Composition

    1.    9×19S: This wire rope is composed of 9 strands, with each strand containing 19 wires, and the structure is of the Seale type (S). In the Seale structure, the outer wires have a relatively larger diameter, while the inner wires have a smaller diameter. This unique arrangement endows the wire rope with good wear resistance and fatigue resistance.

    2.    IWRC: It indicates that the rope core is an Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC). It is composed of multiple steel wires combined according to a specific stranding process, providing a solid internal support for the entire wire rope.

II. Performance Characteristics
