Product Description:

Stainless steel wire rope mesh (SSWRM) is a great product that is assembled usin stainless steel wire ropes with seamless rope ferrules. The 316 or 304 grade stainless steel material is the basis of the strong and durable mesh. An individual product piece of SSWRM has several components to its design such as: the size of the wire rope, the opening width and height, the diamond directions, border design and the size of the piece.

The wire rope size offered are 1mm (7x7), 1.5mm (7x7), 2mm (7x7), and 3mm (7x19). The opening width and height can vary from 15mm to 400mm. Users can also choose the optimal stretch angles of either 60 or 90 degrees. Border designs are included for the convenience of mounting.

Features:

The product is designed and tested to function at as much as five times the Safe Working Load (SWL). It is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, ranging from -40°C to 500°C, and is able to retain most fixture mounting brackets, as long as the SWL is not exceeded. All wires and components are manufactured from SUS/AISI 316 stainless steel, and is available for a wide range of fixtures with common designs.
