Q: Do you offer OEM or ODM service ?
A: Yes.Voltage, speed, torque, power,dimension and shaft etc. Kindly send us sample or share your detailed requirements for us to evaluate and recommend you best resolution.
Q: What if my customized motor needs development of mold?
A: First, we will try to find ready mold matching your specifications. Or we can develop mold for mass production. During sampling periodwe try to make sample by CNC and with ready similar parts to save your cost of testing samples as what as we can.
Q: Do you supply motor accessories such as patch cord, encoder and PCB etc.?
A: We can help you source in case you need.
Q: What's normal lead time of samples and mass production?
A: About15-20 days to make regular sample and 25-30 days for customized one. It will take about 30 days to complete a 5000pcs order after samples are confirmed. Mold development time is approx 2-3 months.
Q: What is MOQ?
A: Any quantity is welcome as trial order. But price will be different based on materials cost difference due to MOQ difference.

A: Always make sample as per confirmed drawing and data. Always start mass production according to confirmed samples. Always 100% final inspection before shipment.
