The Dry Heat Sterilizer utilizes high-temperature dry hot air (160°C–250°C) to achieve sterilization and depyrogenation by causing microbial protein denaturation, cell oxidation decomposition, and electrolyte concentration leading to cell death. It is specifically designed for moisture-sensitive but heat-resistant materials, including medical devices (e.g., surgical metal instruments to prevent rust, glass syringes for residue-free treatment), industrial supplies (e.g., pharmaceutical packaging containers for pyrogen removal, sterilization of oils/fats and powders), and laboratoryware (e.g., petri dishes, ceramic products) .
