Product Feature
1. For the round and flat bottle labeling, no need to buy two machines, saving the cost when you need labeling for both round and flat labeling machine automatic bottle.
2. This model applies to cosmetic, beverages and pharmaceutical industries areas.
3. PLC touch screen control system with two languages of Chinese and English, realizing the contact between human and computer, easy to operate.
4. Labeling sending system can be adjusted in 8 directions and dimensions to meet the different bottles size.
5. Adopt dynamic soft rubber-covered roll to make sure labeling quality. The structure of cylinder clamping roller would improve the labeling precision.
6. The reciprocating air cylinder can help to position the bottles, and make an accurate labeling on the specified part of product. It can stick one side or two side labels at one time, especially suitable for symmetric flat bottle.
7. According to your demand, we can make it contact with other machines to form a production line such as filling machine, capping machine etc. For one machine in working, it can also match with material feeding pump etc. And also special customization is acceptable.
