This machine is a specially designed 5-axis bridge cutting machine engineered for precise cutting and profiling of standard slabs and complex, irregular shapes. It is capable of processing a wide range of geometries, including polygons, triangles, fan shapes, countertops, ellipses, diamonds, circles, bullnose edges, arbitrary-angle chamfering, as well as straight and curved lines. With its high cutting speed, exceptional precision, and user-friendly operation, it is ideal for processing materials such as sintered stone, marble, granite, quartz stone, and other irregular or custom-shaped workpieces.
The machine incorporates a custom 5-axis bridge cutting system, with the CNC system communicating with Inovance servo drives via high-speed bus communication. Key features include manual JOG operation, RTCP (Rotating Tool Center Point) linkage functionality, and direct import of CAD files, ensuring smooth and flexible machining workflows. Thanks to the system’s fast response and high control accuracy, the machine delivers efficient, precise, and repeatable machining results, making it a reliable solution for high-performance stone and sintered material processing.
