Working Principle
When working, the motor drives the belt wheel or coupling, and the transmission shaft and the conical part make the eccentric shaft do periodic swing motion under the axis line. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed port, it is crushed by the mutual impact extrusion, grinding, and kneading of the eccentric shaft and the rolling mortar wall. The material broken to the required particle size falls under its gravity and is discharged from the bottom. The hydraulic insurance system can use hydraulic pressure to jack up the support sleeve and the fixed cone to eliminate the fault when the equipment has an iron failure or a stuffy car phenomenon. While playing a good insurance role, it greatly reduces the maintenance rate and improves Improved production efficiency.
