The BR-310-B-0008 is a Brocade 310 series 8Gb Fibre Channel switch, ideal for entry-level SAN, small-to-medium data centers, and virtualized environments. It provides reliable, low-latency 8Gbps performance for daily storage, backup, and virtual machine workloads.

This model features a 24-port SFP chassis with 8 ports factory-activated, and comes with 8*8Gb shortwave (SW) multi-mode SFPs for plug-and-play deployment. It supports auto-sensing of 1/2/4/8Gbps FC speeds and offers Ports-on-Demand (PoD) scalability to expand up to 24 ports as your business grows.

Designed in a 1U rack-mount form factor with front-to-back airflow, it saves cabinet space and fits standard data center cooling layouts. Powered by Brocade Fabric OS, it delivers enterprise-grade management, diagnostics, zoning, and security features to simplify SAN deployment and maintenance.
