1. Product Introduction
This product is a mixture of polyphosphate and non-ionic surfactant, which is easily soluble in water and can quickly remove organic matter such as oil and initial rust and calcium scale in heat exchange equipment, so that all metal surfaces are cleaned and in an active state, and then a uniform anti-corrosion film is formed on these surfaces. The film thickness is about 5000-7000A. Therefore, this product not only cleans the metal surface, but also forms a firm anti-corrosion protective film on the metal surface.

3. Main uses
It can be mainly used to clean pre-films of circulating cooling water, pipes in oil pipelines, heat exchangers, etc. It is especially suitable for refinery cleaning and non-stop cleaning in other industries.
4. How to use
Add 800-1000mg/L of this product into normal temperature water before driving, adjust the pH value to 6.0-6.5 and add defoaming agent 10-20mg/L. After 48 hours of cold operation, discharge until the total inorganic phosphate content is less than 10mg/L . When system rust and calcium scale are serious, the pH value can be lowered to 5.5-6.0.
5. Packaging and storage
This product is packed in plastic barrels, with a net mass of 25kg±0.2kg. Storage period is one year. If precipitation occurs during this period, it needs to be shaken before use, and the efficacy will remain unchanged.
