Principle and Structure:
The weighing sensor employs the resistance strain principle wherein the applied force is directly transmitted to the strain gauge on a hollow cylinder, resulting in axial compression and radial expansion. This change affects the axial and radial resistance strain values, causing an imbalance in the attached Wheatstone bridge. With external power, the bridge generates an output voltage at its angle output, proportional to the force on the load cell, ensuring precise measurement.
