1. Application
The machine is mainly used for stranding cable with a bigger sector and longer length, and it can be used in armoring steel wire and steel tape or shielding cooper wire and copper brand.
2. Features
2.1. The line is control by PLC for regulating, starting, operation and synchronization of respective electric motors. Electrical control system is advanced, easy and reliable operation.
2.2. More kind and specification, this series machine can be used extensively, so customers can choose the very laying-up equipment.
2.3. Equipped with retreat-spiralling and non-retreat-spiralling function. The way of retreat-spiralling is retreat-spiralling circle , planet retreat- spiralling and sprocket retreat-spiralling.
2.4. The way of pre-spiralling is manual and automatic, the same to thread reel clamp .And the take-up is axle or non-axle.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
