3. Main capability features
3.1 The reels are arranged quartering around the stranding cages. The central shaft does not bear the reels.
3.2 High rigid, high performance, high speed and low inertia.
3.3 Driven by 36-stage variable gear-box, dual hauling and dual active device. Natural wire distribution avoids abrasion damage when stranding.
3.4 The most advanced emergency stop device, direct controlling every reel. As soon as any wire breaks, the entire machine will automatically stop at once.
3.5 Ensuring supplement after any wire breaking, especially suitable for power cables and high compacted cross linking cables producing.
3.6 PLC control system, operating on touch screen.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
