Process flow of PP strap making machine
① Feeding →② pre-drying→③ melting and measuring extrusion →④ embryo (belt embryo) cooling and forming →⑤ stretch oven pre hearting →⑥ five rolls stretching →⑦ embossing →⑧ printing →⑨ oven tempering and setting → ⑩cooling → ⑪ finished product winding
