The surface of the standard polyester tape is smooth. The smooth surface tape has a much higher tensile strength than a tape of the same thickness, but with a ribbed surface. Because the polyester tape is meant as a replacement for a steel strip, it is designed to withstand the heavy load.
Application of PET strapping
Logistics & Warehousing: Secure palletized cartons and bulky goods to prevent shifting and scattering during transportation, without scratching the surface of cargo.
Building Materials: Fasten profiles, plates, pipes, as well as bags of sand and cement, withstanding abrasion from rough edges and corners.
