PET Strapping Characteristics:
1. PET strapping is made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
2. It is non-toxic, odorless, transparent, glossy, heat-resistant, recyclable, has high tensile strength, meets environmental protection requirements, and is particularly suitable for palletizing and bundling heavy-duty goods.
3. It is widely used in industries such as machinery, ceramics, paper products, building materials, tobacco, timber, cotton textiles, and chemical fibers. Its efficiency is further enhanced when used with handheld strapping machines and automatic pallet strapping machines.
4. Compared to steel strapping of the same grade, PET strapping has the same strength but different densities, with a density ratio of 1:6 (PET density 1.3, steel density 7:8).
