Now introduce you our machine general design concept :
1. pet pp straps can produce by same machine . only change the mould and PLC program is ok. This changing can finish within a very short time.
2.for pet crystallization and humidity removing system
Main features :
Honeycomb humidifier
Big volume heating tank, remove water, dust effectively
Rise IV from 0.65-0.8
3.pet pp straps extruder
special designed screw and barrel. motor , gear box all adopt high quality supplier.
4. mould same as Italy design , change mould core very easy.
5. water tank: temperature constant keeping, tank can move by motor control in up and down , left and right , forward and backward.
6. rollers surface treatment high precision. Adopt inclined gear drive , not chain, this is very strong and stable. Big stretching motor enough to afford the high stretching rate. This guarantee make high stretching rate straps.
7. heating oven upper and down side all have heaters. Install with blower, this keep stable temperature inside the oven. Oven tank middle layer has insulation layer to keep constant temperature. The oven open and close drive by motor, stable and safety. Oven had checking window to check the stretching points for operator . inside the oven, there are drive rollers to keep straps winding inside the oven to get enough temperature.
8. embossing high precision embossing rollers. Two rollers drive. Can give stable , evenly and clearly embossing to each pieces of straps.
9. calibration forming system
We adopt heating and water cooling combination system. Heating oven give stable heating to the straps, and water tanks give correct low temperature to let the straps get quenching . water remover system installed in the water tank.
10 . winding system.
We have manual and PLC control automatic winder for customer selection.
11. electric system
PLC touch screen control, by pressure close-loop controlling method.
