Features of PET packing strap production line:
1. The raw material treatment is by our serious dehumidify and dryness system, it ensures the humidity in raw material less than 80PPM.
2. Closed circulation feeding system prevent the material from exposure on air to keep the dryness of raw material.
3. The screw is specially designed for PET application, it consists of separate and mixing part to keep the even plastication, also by fixed material feeding system, the extrusion is stable, which ensures the good dimension of PET strap.
4. The machine can produce 1/2/4 strap at the same time.
5. The mould is specially designed, equipped with two-stage filter.
6. Constant temperature heating device provide even cooling environment for PET strap to raise the tensile strength performance.
7. Anneal treatment for finished PET strap to remove the part remaining stress to keep good shape.
1.The system has Materials dehumidifying,dynamic drying,automatic dust removal,and centralized collection
Energy-saving and efficient dehumidifier,using GUGAO PID unit;
Two-stage dehumidification effect through freezing compression and honeycomb treatment;
Eliminate the crystallization of materials,thereby saving input costs,reducing electricity consumption.
And significantly shortens drying

3.Stretching machine and stretching oven

4.Heat setting and cooling system
Conductive to rapid heat setting of the strap after stretching to eliminate internal stress.

PID temperature control system
Cooling system function to control the complete cooling and crystallinity of the strap,ensuring stable size of the strap.
5.Strapping Accumulator Unit
The strap length and the winding tension can be controlled according to strap wind speed.
Second complete cooling strapping
Reduce strapping winding camber.
6.Servo control winder(Single position and double position optionnal)
PLC control system,automatically adjust winding tension.
Winding range from 5mm-32mm.
Servo motor controls winder displacement width and distance.
Reduce the strap bending,make sure the strap is fit for automatic packaging equipment.
