The PET Strapping Production Line / PET Strapping Machine is a high-speed extrusion system that fully complies with environmental protection standards. The PET strapping produced by this equipment can be manufactured using 100% recycled bottle flakes—such as those from mineral water, Sprite, and Coca-Cola bottles—as raw materials.
The PET strapping production line is equipped with a PLC computer control system, which enables real-time monitoring and control of parameters such as melt temperature, pressure, extrusion speed, torque, and traction, thereby ensuring consistent product quality across every batch.
