PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
PET strapping production equipment is a high-speed, environmentally friendly extrusion machine that can produce PET strapping with a width of 9-32mm. The finished PET strapping is an environmentally friendly polymer material widely used in packaging and bundling. Its excellent comprehensive performance has gradually replaced traditional steel strapping and PP strapping, making it the preferred bundling material for heavy industries such as logistics, chemicals, building materials, glass, chemical fibers, brick factories, and aluminum.

Dedicated PET Screw------Features powerful plasticization and high extrusion output; compatible with both PET bottle flakes and recycled materials, ensuring a uniform and stable melt.
Intelligent Temperature Control------ Equipped with an intelligent constant-temperature system featuring real-time data display; prevents raw material scorching caused by excessive heat, thereby maintaining premium product quality.
Precise Stretching------ Achieves a stretching ratio of 4.5–6.5 times, resulting in highly oriented molecular chains, superior tensile strength, high fracture resistance, and excellent aging resistance.
Tension Control------- Utilizes high-precision tension sensing throughout the entire process to ensure uniform strap thickness, minimal dimensional tolerance, no lateral deviation, and no slackness, delivering exceptional toughness.
