Production description of JIATUO PP belt production line
This production line is used to manufacture both fully automatic and manual PP strapping bands for packaging purposes. It utilizes 100% PP recycled, 100% new polypropylene as raw material. The produced strapping bands have a width range of 5-19 mm and a thickness range of 0.3-1.2 mm.
The equipment features an extruder with a 38CrMoALA alloy screw, specifically designed for high-grade strapping production, and includes an automatic feeding system. The entire line employs frequency conversion motor drives and an intelligent automatic temperature control system. This configuration significantly improves energy efficiency while ensuring stable and reliable extruder performance.

2. Both the forming and calibration water tanks are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability.
3. Utilizing a PLC controller, operated via touch buttons with multiple language options, it is safe and easy to use. Real-time monitoring of component status ensures stable operation of the entire production line, enabling continuous PP strapping production.
4. The use of a non-stop screen changing device significantly improves production efficiency.
5. A precision embossing machine reduces strap sticking and breakage.
