PET strapping band making machine
PET strap making machine/PET belt production line is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly plastic extruder that can produce PET belts with specifications of 9-32mm width and 0.6-1.2mm thickness.
MAIN FEATURES:
1. Screw------The PET strapping machine extruder uses a special PET screw with a unique parameter design. The screw has a unique separation and mixing effect, ensuring uniform plasticization of the raw materials. It boasts advantages such as high extrusion volume, excellent plasticization, high hardness, and high wear resistance.
2. Raw Materials------- The machine uses 100% PET bottle flakes or crushed PET strapping material. The finished PET plastic strapping is less prone to cracking, has a small error range, and is suitable for use with various types of strapping machines.

Synthetic Fiber Filter Mesh------ Three-dimensional folded, extra-large surface area filtration device; the unfolded area of the filter mesh is 30 times larger than that of traditional flat filter meshes; the filtration fineness can reach 80 mesh. A unique mesh replacement device significantly reduces replacement time and improves work efficiency. The synthetic fiber filter mesh can be cleaned and reused, saving manufacturing costs and allowing for approximately 20 uses.
