This production line utilizes 100% recycled polypropylene (PP) pellets as raw material, specializing in the manufacture of fully automatic and manual PP strapping for diverse packaging applications. The produced PP strapping ranges in width from 5–19 mm and thickness from 0.3–1.2 mm.
The core configuration includes an extruder featuring a 38CrMoALA alloy screw, specifically engineered for high-quality strapping production and equipped with an automatic feeding system. The entire line utilizes variable frequency motors and incorporates an intelligent temperature control system, significantly enhancing energy efficiency while ensuring stable and reliable extruder operation.
